A bumper crowd arrived to try Alick’s new lap of Castlebank park, completing 3×4 minute reps and then 3×3 minute reps, with 2 minutes rest between each. Well done everyone, and welcome also to first timer Heather!

Tuesday training

A slightly depleted group this Tuesday, and one of us was lame, but a new course has been figured out for intervals next week, and there are some short cuts involving park benches! (I don’t know why we are on the side…!)

Tuesday club meet 11th April

Tuesday night is interval night! We decided to repeat last week’s session 10 x short hill reps in the park,  50-60 secs with 45 sec recovery! Tinto Hill Race 2016

After last year’s snowy conditions up top things were a bit milder for the 2016 race.
