Rainy Tuesday reps

A great turnout in the rain for some reps up the Zigs and Zags from the Clyde up to Castlebank park.This time we did seven efforts up the hill, with two minutes rest between each one, and welcomed first timers Chris and Milly (Millie?).

Tuesday Intervals

A big turnout for Castlebank Park intervals tonight. Alick led a testing 4×4 minutes and 3×3 minutes session round the park! We were pleased to welcome new runners Susan and Jamie, the sun came out and Clare produced cake for her birthday!  Happy days!  

Gypsy Glen Hill Race 2017

A beautiful still, sunny evening for the Gypsy Glen Race this year.
